ESTATE PLANNING & INSURANCE CONSULTANT

Nancy is Leoganda’s resident expert on developing custom estate plans that leverage life insurance to help achieve financial objectives. Her double specialty – as both a lawyer and a Certified Financial Planner – enables her to fully assess and design strategies that mitigate taxes and help ensure that clients are protected.  She joined Leoganda in year 2004, after practicing for 12 years as a corporate and real estate lawyer in British Columbia.

Nancy is involved in numerous community activities. She is a past president of the Vancouver Pacific Lions Club and continues to be an active member and director of this community service organization.  She previously acted as its liaison to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Canadian-Chinese Telethon Radiothon. She is also committed to educating the public – particularly new Canadians – by having presented seminars in Cantonese at the People’s Law School, S.U.C.C.E.S.S and on the radio.

Nancy is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She is married and has two young children.
